Hi, to give someone a BlendCard with a gift card loaded on it, go to any participating store that offers gift cards through BlendCard and ask for a BlendCard gift card. They will load up the gift card to BlendCard that you're able to give as a gift. The recipient is able to use the gift card balance even without registering first, but if they register, they unlock all the coupons in addition to the gift card balance!
